Rollup Pages

This article explains how to use the Project, Resource, (Labor) Assignment, and Financial Rollup pages.

Rollup pages provide a limited pivot table type of function; Project, Resource, (Labor) Assignment, and Financial Rollup pages summarize values from labor and financial assignment pages to field values unique to each type of page. The table below characterizes each of the Rollup pages.

There is no limit on the number of fields selected for a rollup, i.e. rollups can be specified to any depth.

Project, Resource, and (Labor) Assignment rollup menus are in the PMO area; the Financial Rollup menu is in the Financials ($) area.

All rollup pages have common or similar controls, buttons and behavior.
