PMO Scorecard

This article shows the PMO Scorecard, which is the main screen in the Resource First PMO Center.

Overview

The PMO Scorecard screen shows all projects in the selected portfolio filter, along with their priority, current state (aka process stage), and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) scores. It’s a quick, easy way to get a glimpse of the overall portfolio and where the trouble spots are.
To access the PMO Scorecard, which is the home screen for the PMO Center, click the PMO icon in the top ResourceFirst Icon tray. The first PMO tab by default is the Scorecard tab.
