How to Find ResourceFirst Log Files
Log files of detailed user and system activity within ResourceFirst are kept automatically, when logging is activated. Contact PDWare Support to activate logging if it is not already activated.
To view existing logs, click Administration->Log Files:
Today’s log file is shown as “ResourceFirst.log” at the bottom, along with two weeks of prior log files:
Click the desired log file. The contents of the log file are shown:
You may scroll to find the desired content or more likely, export to a CSV file using the icon in upper right. Open the CSV file, presented in lower left, to save and search in that context.
