Status Optional Field Types and Behaviors

Optional Field Types
Any user defined field that is not a lookup list field or the
destination of an optional calculated field can be given one of the
optional field types by the PDWare administrator.

GYR
|
A GYR value can be entered.
GYR colors are applied on the Project Data
sheet and in the Status module if the value is one of "G,
Y, R, na".

Pop-up
|
When the field is selected the large text
dialog appears.
|
Field Edit Rights
Fields that are recorded when status is submitted are of two
types, standard and controlled. Project managers automatically have
edit rights to standard fields.
Controlled
fields are defined in the administered Status Field List. Fields in
the list are visible in the PDWare Status module and can optionally
be made read only.
