Optional project milestones

Overview
PDWare administrators define default phases and milestones in the
Phase and Milestone list tables. These are database wide defaults;
every project has these phases and milestones automatically at
project creation.
A PDWare administrator can also define a list of optional
milestones in the Lookup List table in the Administer Lists module.
The list can contain as many milestones as needed and practical.
The maximum number of milestones for each project remains limited
to 30.
If such a list has been defined, anyone with project modification
rights can:
- open the Status module for a project
- Right click a cell in the Milestone name range
- select one or more milestones from the list
- post completion dates for the miilestones, and
- Submit Status.
The optional milestones will be present whenever the Status module
is opened for that project.
