Insert assignments

(WBS, Task Usage, Team)

Select one or more resources on the Team sheet or one or more tasks on the WBS or Task Usage sheets; right click in the selection; select one or more objects from the Select dialog.

A row is created on the Work sheet for each task-resource combination specified.

Note: Work assignments cannot be created for milestones or for summary tasks.

Move selection

(WBS)

In the Move selection dialog, enter the row number below which the selected rows are to be moved.

If the selection is a set of contiguous cells in the row number column, a right click in the selection immediately launches the Move selection dialog.

Otherwise, the right click Move selection command must be selected from the right click menu list.

Insert rows

(WBS)

For each row selected, insert an empty row above the top selected row.

If three contiguous rows are selected, three empty rows will be created immediately above the top selected row.

Delete

(WBS, Task Usage, Work)

Delete the selected records from the plan. The delete does not take permanent effect until the WBS plan is saved to the database.

Insert column

(WBS)

Insert selected optional columns immediately to the left of the  current selection

Define column

(WBS)

Define the format, width, horizontal alignment and title of WBS columns (fields).

Remove column

(WBS)

Remove the selected optional columns from the display on the WBS sheet.

Remove filter

(All)

Removes all filters on the active sheet. If the sheet is one of the three WBS-type sheets, the filter is removed from all of them.

Show state deviations

If checked, State and % Complete cells inconsistent with each other or with the task start and finish dates are highlighted with red fill color.

If the State or % Complete columns are not showing, they are automatically displayed.
