Create WBS structure

Subtasks of phases can be entered in a group below the default
items and later moved under the appropriate phase with the right
click Move Selection command. The alternative is to use the right
click Insert Rows command to create empty rows under each phase for
the tasks.
Select a set of tasks and milestones below a task that is to be a
summary and click the right arrow Indent toolbar icon. The
selected task names are indented to the right and the task
immediately above them is changed to a summary.
Note: A summary cannot have task assignments. If tasks have been
assigned, the Indent command will fail.
A summary is identified by bold highlighting of its row. The dates
of a summary are automatically set to the earliest start and latest
finish of all its subtasks.
Summaries can be nested to any level.
