Setting a Resource Row Total

The Set Res Row Total command allows a user to assign preselected value types to any available Resource UDF. These selected fields and value types reside on the user's local computer and are not part of the database. The totals in these fields are based on the current set of data from the current "Get Data" session.

Note 1: If values currently exist in the selected field, PDW will ask the user if the values should be overwritten in the display of the column. It will not save these displayed Value Types to the database.

Note 2: If data is manually entered into a cell in one of these columns, and a Save Data is performed, that manually entered data will be saved to the database.

To set a resource row total:

1. While in the Resource Data sheet, highlight a cell in an available Resource UDF.

2. Right click on that cell.

3. Select Set Res Row Total.
