Deleting Records

Select one or more records (rows), right click and select
menu DELETE ROW(S) or select menu
EDIT>DELETE ROW(S). Projects, Resources, and
Assignments (Effort Forecasts)
can be deleted in this manner.
NOTE: In most cases project or resource records SHOULD
NOT be deleted. When project or resource records are
deleted, ALL records associated with them are also deleted. That
means that all history, all assignments, all time reported, etc.
will be deleted. Instead make the records inactive so they don't
appear when you Get Data unless you explicitly ask for inactive
records

When the command is selected, a warning message
appears

If you select Yes, a second confirming message
appears

The delete operation takes effect immediately in the PDWare
client; the records are not deleted in the database until you save data to
the database.
