Change Resource Assignment to Skill Assignment with a Different Resource Node

If resource assignments are the target in the Edit Assignment dialog, the Organization drop down box is disabled.

If the empty option is selected in the Resource drop down box, the result will be to change the resource assignments to skill assignments. The Organization drop down box is enabled to allow selection of a different node on the organization tree.

Note that if multiple assignments are selected where the Required Skill is different and the   option is selected in the Required Skill drop down box, all the assignments will be converted to skill assignments of their original skill type.

This makes it possible to convert resource assignments to skill assignments and at the same time to change the organization node of the assignments.

Note: The difference between this use of the Edit Assignment dialog and the Convert Demand to Skill right click command is that this dialog changes the target assignment rows (records). The Convert commands make copies of the target assignment rows with the original organization node intact and subtract the specified amount of demand from the original records and store it on the new records.
