Time Tracking Overview

The Time Tracking page has three sections: Period Bar,
Timesheets Table, and Timesheet Detail. The current period will be
selected in the period bar and the latest timesheet for the period,
if it exists, will be selected and its details displayed.

Period Bar
The period bar, at the top of the page lists all week periods
the user can track time against, and provides information about the
state of the timesheet in each period:
- The text is the starting Monday date of the week.
- The color of the period indicates the state of the timesheet in
it as follows:

- A white overlay on the period means the period was locked by an
administrator and no changes can be made to timesheets in it.
- A black frame highlights the selected time period.
To select different periods just click on the desired period. The
period will have a black frame around it and the label under the
bar will indicate the selected week.

Workflow
The following charts explain the different states the timesheet
can move between. The arrow color indicates who can initiate the
state change: blue color is a team member and green is a resource
manager.
