Introduction
PDWare iTeam is an ASP.Net application providing a browser
based interface to capture, display, and process timesheets.
Users and Roles
iTeam was designed with two different types of users in
mind: Team-Member (TM), and Resource Manager
(RM)
The tool provides the following user role based
functionality:

Team Members:
- View all personal timesheets with their corresponding
values
- Create, adjust, and reopen timesheets
- Track time against non-project items
- Track time to unassigned projects

- TM functionality
- Approve / Reject managed team members'
timesheet.
- View timesheet reports
- Approve / Reject project assignment requests
- Update / Insert project assignments

Project Managers:
- Request project resource/skill assignments
- Initiate Project Requests

Administrators:
- RM and PM functionality
- Create and Customize iTeam forms
