Summary for each project of the FTE demand for the specified skill (e.g. DBA, EE). PCR only

If DBA (Database Analyst) is associated with a cell in a Custom Report template, the total demand of all resource and skill assignments on the project where the Required Skill is DBA is calculated and displayed.
