Non-Labor Values

Summary for each project of the non-labor cost of the specified
non-labor item (e.g. Expense, COGS, Test Bench 1). PCR only
If CoGS (Cost of Goods Sold) is associated with a cell in a Custom
Report template, the total cost of all CoGS non-labor assignments
on the project is calculated and displayed. (Usually there will
only be one such assignment but many can be assigned - for example,
to have different cost rates for different years or quarters.)
