Node List Filters

Node list filters limit the list of available ites from the
selected field that appear as a function of the OBS node. For
example, in the screen shot below a manager in the Eng-SW
department will not see the Filtered Items in skill drop down
lists; he will only see the Available Items.
Select an OBS type.
Select a Field (list) to be constrained.
Select the OBS node to be restricted.
Highlight list items in the available items list that do not apply
to the selected node and move them to the Filtered Items box with
the arrow button.
List items that are filtered in a parent node are filtered in all
children. Child nodes can have additional restrictions that further
limit the list when they are the target node
