Administration

Access to PDWare Portfolio is controlled by user rights that can be set up by an administrator. To edit user rights select the ADMIN>EDIT RIGHTS menu item.

Select a User from the User dropdown list.
Check the Administrator check box to assign administrator rights.
Select a Right from the Right dropdown list.
Select a Node (or Project for Project Manager rights) from the node tree (or Project list box).
Click the right arrow to add the selected right. The added Right will be marked with a plus in the Rights Granted list.
To Remove a Right, select any item in the Rights Granted list and click the left arrow. The removed Right will be marked with a minus in the Rights Granted list.
Click Save to save the changes.
Click Ok to save the changes and close the form.
Click Cancel to ignore all changes (made since the last save) and close the form.

The following table lists the available rights and the respective privileges:
