
Peter Heinrich
Peter Heinrich has a long history in technology product
development and management. During a 20-year career with Xerox, he
managed the group that developed the original Star Workstation
functional specification and later played key roles in program
management and planning process design. In 1989 he co-founded
Integrated Project Systems (later called IPS Associates) where he
created the IPS portfolio management practice. Based on his
experience with corporations large and small, Peter designed the
portfolio resource planning and management process that is
instantiated in Portfolio DecisionWare's products. Peter has a BA
in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Paul Samarel
Paul Samarel has spent his entire career in Project
Management and Portfolio Management software and technology
focusing on integration, reporting, and data analysis. From
1994 to 1998, he managed the Custom Programming and Reporting
department for ABT Corporation. There he found his natural
ability to bridge the communication gap between business resources
and developers. In 1998 he founded AGE Software Inc.
providing technology business solutions for project management
systems, including add-on applications, systems integrations, data
warehouses, and countless reports. In this capacity, he has
delivered technical services to over 300 clients. As a
co-founder of PDWare, Paul combined his knowledge of existing
systems with his experience in solving business issues to create
the enterprise class, user-friendly software that is the PDWare
Portfolio Suite. Paul received a BA in Applied Mathematics
and Computer Science from the University of California,
Berkeley.

Dennis Piccininni
Dennis Piccininni brings over 30 years experience in the
software industry to PDW. Dennis consistently produces top-line
revenue and profit growth while building a strong corporate
infrastructure and an operational model designed to sustain long
term growth. As President and CEO of Systemcorp, he developed a
strategic enterprise level software and professional services
organization. At ABT Corporation, as Vice President and General
Manager of the Americas, Dennis restructured the organization
towards solution selling and steered the company toward a
leadership position in its field. Earlier in his career, Dennis
held positions including Vice President, General Manager, Regional
Manager and President of his own company. Dennis received his BS in
Business Administration from the New York Institute of
Technology.

Phil Wolf
Phil Wolf is a 22 year veteran of the application software
market. As Director of Product Management at ABT Corporation, Phil
managed a successful multi-year initiative that transitioned ABT's
Project Management tools from the desktop to a scaling
client-server architecture. Phil also managed a team that defined
the sales and product marketing strategies that allowed ABT's new
products to dominate the project management space over the
following years. More recently, Phil has held various sales and
sales management positions with ABT, Portal Software and Princeton
Softech, where he excelled at opening markets and developing new
customers for these high growth companies. Phil, with his long
track record of accepting challenges and exceeding target
objectives, brings firepower to PDW's world-class management team.
Phil has a BA in Organizational Psychology from the University of
Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston
University.

Baruch Gabo
Baruch Gabo has been with the company since his graduation from
Columbia University, with a double major in computer science and
mathematics. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has
taught Microsoft .Net Framework certification classes at DCIC
Business Institute, while completing his undergraduate studies.
While at Columbia University, Baruch worked on connected
battlefield command systems, augmented reality, 3d user interfaces,
and encryption algorithm employing knot theory. More recently, he
led the development of PDWare iTeam, PDWare Integration Engine, and
interfaces connecting PDWare products to other PPM, HR and
financial systems. An avid gamer, he'll always welcome a Settlers
of Catan game, or playing his level 80 night-elf warrior in World
of Warcraft.
